The pillow pad is designed to create a natural barrier for allergy sufferers, or of course just extra comfort as your head will also benefit from the breathability of silk . It is the same size as a regular pillow and is approximately 6cm (2") deep. The pillow pad can be used on its own if only minimum support is required, or in conjunction with an ordinary pillow (in the same pillow case if preferred) if greater support is preferred.
