1. Payment & Delivery
Orders for which payment is being made by Credit or Debit Card are usually dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and pre-authorisation of the payment (this reserves funds against your card but does not make any charge to the card). Payment is not collected for such orders until the day of dispatch.

Orders for which payment is being made by cheque are usually dispatched 6 working days following the day that the cheque is presented for payment at our bank. We will advise you if we anticipate a delay in dispatch, and will not present a cheque for payment if we will not be able to dispatch your order after the 6 days allowed for clearance has passed.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch without financial penalty.

Orders for bespoke items will only be accepted against credit or debit card details (for pre-authorisation) or by pre-payment by cheque or bank transfer, and will usually be dispatched within 8 weeks of receipt of order and payment or payment pre-authorisation. Once production of your order has commenced cancellation of the order is not possible.

2. Delivery Charges
Your order will be required to be signed for on delivery. The cost of delivery is included in the quoted prices for deliveries to addresses in England, Wales, Isle of Wight, and the Scottish mainland. For deliveries of duvets to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, a surcharge of £15.00 per consignment will be made. No surcharge is payable for delivery of bed linen orders.

3. Guarantee
Our products are covered by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the consumer. Full details of the guarantee are sent with the product

4. Returns
We will accept return of any unused item, returned in its original packing, for a full refund providing we are advised within 14 days of receipt of the item. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be refunded to the same card. In order to avoid misunderstanding and dispute we recommend that you advise us by e-mail (
returns@mandarina.co.uk) or by fax to 01706 657251. You may also contact us by telephone 0845 095 6555 (local call rate) or 01706 868828. It is recommended that any returns are sent using a service that provides proof of delivery.

5. Prices
The quoted prices include Value Added Tax at the present UK rate of 17½%. We reserve the right to alter prices up or down because of changes of that tax, or the imposition or withdrawal of any other taxes which affect the pricing of the products, or for any other reason. If prices are increased you will be advised and given the option of cancelling your order for a full refund of any payment already made.

6. Privacy Policy
Mandarina Textiles do not disclose in any form to third parties any personal information advised to us to fulfil orders or enquiries, other than to make delivery. Any data collected by us is used only to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Make available revised or further information regarding our products and new products.
c. Deliver goods to the customer’s chosen delivery address

7. Code of Practice and Consumer Rights
We are aware of current UK legislation regarding sale of goods, and sale of goods on the internet, and it is our declared intention to trade within these laws. Purchasers rights are protected under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. If any part of our terms is found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

8. Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability.

9. Supply and Registered Office

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. The supplier of the goods is Mandarina Textiles.
