Because our duvets are individually hand made we can make any size, or any weight, of duvet specifically for you. So if you have a bed, or a duvet cover, that is unsuitable for the standard sizes that we manufacture for supply from stock, we can manufacture a duvet to the identical high standards and specifications for you.

If you do require a bespoke duvet we will require full payment in advance, and our 14 day return policy if you are not satisfied cannot apply - after all, what good will the duvet be to us if you change your mind after we have made it for you. Our normal 10 year guarantee of course will apply to bespoke manufactured goods.

Delivery of bespoke manufactured duvets is approximately 6 weeks from receipt of payment. Your payment by credit card is secure under the terms of agreement between ourselves and our bank who process our credit card receipts.

Our duvets are manufactured to British Standards, which include in the specifications that

"The dimensions of quilts for non-standard beds should be at least 35cm wider than the bed for single beds, and 65cm wider than the bed for double beds. The length of the quilt should not be less than the length of the bed"

If you do require us to make a duvet to your size requirements we will require you to confirm that the duvet that we will make for you is suitable for the bed according to British Standard specifications.
